Run the day-to-day execution of our Mysuru plant. You turn production plans into consistent output across shifts, lead and coach the technicians, and keep material flowing with planning, assembly, testing, stores and supply chain. You report to the CEO.

What you will do, and what we look for

What you will do

Plan and deliver daily and weekly production against output, yield and cycle-time targets
Run procurement, kitting, inventory and vendor performance with supply chain
Hold the line to its work instructions, quality standards and safety rules
Own on-time, in-full delivery to customers and escalate risks early
Lead and develop teams across production, stores, testing and plant administration
Report plant performance to the CEO each month and lead Kaizen and waste reduction
Look after plant maintenance, utilities and statutory compliance

What we look for

10 to 15 years in automotive electronics or EMS manufacturing
Assembly and testing of power electronics: soldering, conformal coating, potting, PCB handling
Lean manufacturing, 5S and Kaizen in practice
Line balancing, traceability and quality control systems
Production planning, ERP and MRP, and shop-floor reporting
An ownership mindset, process discipline, and a habit of coaching technicians

Occasional travel to suppliers, EMS partners and OEM sites. Strong performers can progress to Troop Leader and then Chief Operating Officer.
